We are delighted to announce that Kip McGrath Lisburn are the 2012 ni4kids Tutor of the Year!
Thank you to all the parents and children who took the time to nominate us. It means a lot to us to know that the work we love is also appreciated by our customers.
The Kip McGrath message has always been that “every child can learn if they are taught properly” and we strive to make sure that every child who comes for tuition in our centre is treated as an individual learner. We aim to make sure that our teaching methods reflect individual learning styles and that all children are given the opportunity to achieve their goals in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.
Some of the comments parents made in their nominations included praise for, “helping my son gain confidence in his maths and English again,” “tailoring their courses to the individual needs of each child” and “doing a brilliant job.” Comments also included, “the progress my son made with his English and confidence with his reading is unbelievable” and that they “show a great empathy towards pupils and their individual needs.”
Clare and Martin attended the ceremony at Titanic Belfast with their daughters Ella and Lily. Clare said, “It was a very emotional and inspirational award ceremony.” Other categories included Child of the Year and Mum, Dad and Grandparents of the Year. “It was very humbling to hear stories of great courage and we were thrilled to have been part of it.” Kip McGrath Lisburn were presented with the award by the Ulster Rugby Captain, Johann Muller and Andrea Hunter the Business Development Manager of the award sponsor Aer Lingus.

Congratulations to all the winners and finalists, and a big thanks to ni4kids and their sponsors for making the awards such a success.
