New premise for Kip McGrath Lisburn
We are very excited to announce that after many months of to-ing and fro-ing we finally have an agreement with our landlord, the electricity has been turned on and building work is due to start next week.
The great news is we are staying exactly where we were! Instead of turning left at the top of the stairs the new premises is straight on at the top of the stairs so for our current students there needs to be no change of routine when coming to the centre.
The new premises will be roughly twice the size of our existing location and this will allow us to accommodate our growing number of students in a more spacious, professional environment. The premises will be having a total make over. Most of the internal walls will be knocked down to create a large open plan area that will divided up into teaching areas. We have designed it especially to create the perfect atmosphere for learning.
It is very hard to imagine it now looking at these photos. All walls to the right will be taken down and the big, ugly reception desk will be replaced by a more streamline Kip desk. We will have new carpets, desks, chairs and it will be painted in Kip blue and white. For now you will have to use your imagination but we will keep you updated with pictures as the renovations progress.
